Leaving A Gift in Your Will

By leaving a legacy in your will to the CPBF, you will help make a long term difference to people from the care industry, who find themselves struck by the uncertainties of life or tragic circumstances.

If you have already made a Will

But would still like to leave a legacy to the CPBF, you can do so by making a simple addition to your existing will, known as a CODICIL.

Please contact your solicitor for advice on this.

If you have NOT already made a Will

You may, firstly, need to see a solicitor. You will have to pay for these services, but will receive sound and impartial advice to enable you to achieve your wishes.

Two ways to give to CPBF in your Will

• Pecuniary gift - you can choose to give a gift of a fixed amount of money.
  
• Residuary gift - you can choose to leave a share, or the whole, of what is left in your estate once you have provided for your loved ones.
