County Care Trails

In 2010 the Care Professionals benevolent Fund ill be organising a series of sponsored walks from care home to care home in all counties to raise money for the charity.

The walks will be designed to accommodate people of all ages, so you can walk as much or as little as you want !

We are looking for volunteers in all areas to help organise these walks.
