Join us for the Bupa Great South Run

The Bupa Great South Run is taking place on Sunday 30th October in Portsmouth, so why not dust of those trainers and join us.

The 10 mile flat race passes through Portsmouth's historic boat yards and along the sea front.

Running for the Care Professionals Benevolent Fund will allow us to continue helping those from our industry who, through no fault of their own fall on hard times.

• When: 30 October 2011 • Where: Portsmouth • Distance: 10 miles • Minimum sponsorship: £200 for a guaranteed entry place. If you have your own place, there is no minimum sponsorship. • Registration fee: £25 to secure your guaranteed entry place. The fee is non-refundable.

There are two ways of running for us:

1. Gain a place with a charity (Charity Place). Email shaun@cpbenevolentfund.org.uk to register for a guaranteed charity place with the Care Professionals Benevolent Fund. To confirm your place, you will be required to pay a £25 registration fee and pledge to raise a minimum of £200.

2. Apply for a place in the organisers' entry system (own place). The places are allocated on a first come first served basis and will close once they have reached full capacity. Once you have registered get in touch with us to join the Care Professionals Benevolent Runners team.
